Refund & Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (custom, made-to-order, and limited-edition merchandise), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds for damaged items are issued on a case-by-case basis.

No Exchanges

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective item, we may issue a replacement depending on stock availability.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the original ship date.

Incorrect Address

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
